Digital products & refunds

Digital products, including eBooks (PDF and EPUB), are non-refundable.
All eBook purchases are final due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital downloads.

Exception: duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same eBook more than once, please contact us at contact@wendythefoodscientist.com as soon as you notice the error. We will gladly issue a refund for the duplicate order.

Please note that initiating a chargeback or refund request through your credit card provider can take several weeks to process and results in additional administrative fees. To ensure the fastest and smoothest resolution, we strongly recommend contacting us directly so we can assist you promptly.
